- Delivery Areas
- We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is:
- 3–7 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.).
- 7–10 business days for other cities and remote areas.
- Delivery times may be subject to delays due to weather, courier operations, or public holidays.
- Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values (details mentioned at checkout).
- Standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
- Delivery Process
- Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
- Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@iqperfumes.com or +92 335 1821611.
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at delivery.
- Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in account suspension.
- International Shipping (Future Expansion)
- Currently, IQ Perfumes serves only within Pakistan. We are working to expand international shipping in the near future.
